Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required

to secure all appointments (50% deposit). This ensures your time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more before your appointment will have the booking fee refunded. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are not permitted. 

Late Cancellations & No‑Shows

If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours, the booking fee will be forfeited (or $30 for some memberships). Clients who do not attend their appointment without providing more than 24 hours’ notice (via 0405 812 285) will incur a fee equal to the full cost of the booked service.

Why This Policy Exists

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations and no‑shows directly affect our therapists, who rely on booked sessions for their income. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us run smoothly.

Remedial Massage & Health Fund Rebates

For remedial massage appointments with private health rebates, we encourage clients to rebook at reception so rebates can be processed through our HICAPS terminal. A card on file is required for all bookings.
