Our rooms may also suit practitioners who currently work from home but would like access to a professional clinic environment on selected days each week.

Flexible rental options allow practitioners to maintain their existing business model while providing clients with the added confidence and convenience of attending a dedicated health and wellness clinic.

Room rental options are available from one day per week through to full-time occupancy, allowing practitioners to choose an arrangement that best suits the current stage of their business.

Designed with advanced aesthetic practitioners in mind, this treatment space features white clinical furnishings and an external treatment-in-progress indicator light. Practitioners requiring additional space or an in-room sink may alternatively choose our larger treatment room at no additional cost.

A compact consultation space suitable for practitioners requiring a professional room for appointments and assessments.

This room is intentionally offered as a flexible space. Practitioners may furnish the room to suit their professional requirements, including their own desk, seating or consultation furniture.

Basic furnishings may be available by arrangement for practitioners establishing their practice.

Practitioner Requirements

To help maintain a professional clinic environment for both practitioners and clients, we may request supporting documentation before commencing room hire.

• Current ABN registration
• Public Liability Insurance
• Professional Indemnity Insurance (where applicable)
• Relevant qualifications, certifications or registrations
• AHPRA registration (where applicable)

We welcome practitioners from a variety of professions and recognise that requirements differ between industries. Documentation requested will depend on the services being provided.

Nova Body Clinic reserves the right to determine suitability for room rental based on professional requirements, clinic operations and the overall fit within our wellness environment.
