An Important Update Regarding Total Beauty & Nova Body Clinic

We have an important announcement regarding the premises at shop 4/62 Hospital Rd. Emerald QLD 4720

As of 1st July 2025 Total Beauty has permanently closed.

As of 1st August 2025 Nova Body Clinic (formerly known as Highlands Remedial Massage on 41 Ruby Street) has taken over the tenancy of this location.

We want to be very clear: Nova Body Clinic is not affiliated with Total Beauty. We are a separate business.

We are, however, thrilled to welcome some familiar faces. 

We are delighted that Stephanie and Bridie have joined our team here at Nova Body Clinic. We are excited to continue offering you the exceptional service you know and trust from them in our modern, integrated clinic.

Gift Voucher Honouring Policy:

✅ We will honour all active gift vouchers from Highlands Remedial Massage and Nova Body Clinic.

✅ We will honour all active float gift certificates. Please contact us before booking in with Escape Float at our old location on 41 Ruby St. EMD.

❌ We are unable to honour gift vouchers from Total Beauty. As we were not involved in their business or the sale of these vouchers, we cannot accept them for treatments. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We want to make you aware of a technical issue we're currently addressing. It appears that Google Maps has inadvertently merged the listing for the previous business at our address ("Total Beauty," which is now permanently closed) with our business name, Nova Body Clinic. (We suspect someone may have submitted this change, we have no access to this listing)

This has resulted in some recent negative reviews for Total Beauty being inaccurately displayed as if it is our profile. 

We are actively working to contact Google support to have this issue resolved. In the meantime, we want to thank our wonderful clients for their overwhelming positive support.
